Henna patch test policy

Scroll to discover

The safety of our clients is at the forefront of everything we do. New customers requiring tinting, henna laminations, lash lifts or customers that have sensitive skin will need to do a patch test. While henna is a 100% natural product, it can still cause an allergic reaction, and so we have strict policies in place for all henna brow treatments.

If you are undergoing a henna treatment for the first time, you must undergo a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment.

All you need to do is come into the salon for ten minutes and one of the team will put a speck of formula used on your skin that is needed for the treatment. If you do not experience an allergic reaction, then we can proceed with your treatment.

Please note: No reaction to a patch test is still not a guarantee that a reaction will not occur during or after the treatment. This is an informed risk that you choose to take when undergoing any treatment.
